DAMAGED MERCHANDISE/ REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
If the item purchased, arrives damaged enroute ( damaged by the postal service ), hold on to the package and item,
contact us at 817 439 5062 or via email, at info@crownmasters.com, and we will contact the post office and file a
claim. You will need to keep the shipping label with the tracking number.

All our products are manufactured abroad and shipped on a pre-paid order basis, as such, all sales are final.

In some cases, and at the discretion of management, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Should a return be accepted, you will be provided with an "Authorization Number", which will be sent to you by
email.

The item will need to be returned to the address shown on the package via USPS, insured for loss or damages, 3 Day
Express Service.

A 25% "restocking" surcharge will be deducted from the applicable refund. All items must be returned in re-sellable
condition.

CrownMasters makes every effort to provide the best customer service to all
our clients, while providing an excellent product at value added pricing.

Before placing an order, if purchasing one of our "full round" crowns ( these
do not have an expandable headband ), make sure to measure your head
correctly.

For your convenience, we offer a simple format to do this, please refer to the
"FAQ" section further below for details.

Phone calls and emails are answered promptly and comments and suggestions
are always welcome.

Orders are received daily and processed within 24 hours or less.

Payments are via Paypal, which means you may use any major credit card,
bank debit card and even your checking account, all via a secured, hacker free
system.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use this system to pay for your purchases. To use Paypal
without having an established account, follow the prompts in the "check out" section.

Once a paid order is received, the request to have the piece made is sent at once to our jewelers abroad, in order to
start the process immediately and guarantee a timely delivery of the item purchased.
PLACING ORDERS ON HOLD
If after placing an order and submitting payment, you need to place the order on hold, please call or email us as
soon as possible so we can stop the shipment coming in from abroad.

The item purchased will be placed on hold for a maximum of 1 week, after which we will contact you to inquire of
the order status and discuss alternate arrangements for shipping the original piece or another item altogether.

Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A. 7-14 days from placing the prepaid order. If the item is received from the jewelers earlier, the shipment will
depart our location sooner and a notification will be sent to you by email.

Q. What are the items made of?

A. Our products are handcrafted, in the old world European tradition, with the finest Austrian and Czech crystals,
rhinestones, high quality metals and other materials. Our pieces have the look and feel of jewelry costing many
times over what we retail our products for.

Q. Are there "quantity" discounts?

A. Please send us by email your request and based on the amount of items ordered, we will discuss special pricing.

Q. Do you accept "Custom Made Orders"?

A. Yes we do, with the following parameters:

Email us your request and either draft, photo or description. We will then reply with an answer, indicating if we
can craft your item or not, and if we can, what the time window will be like and the approximate cost as well.

Q. How can I measure myself for a crown?

A. Take a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your head, exactly where you want the crown to sit. Lay the
measuring tape and read the dimension and divide it by 3. That should give you the correct measurement for your
crown, according to the size and shape of your head.

NOTE:

Our full round crowns are normally 6, 7 and 7 1/2 in diameter size ( across the scalp ).

Q. What if despite my best measuring efforts, the crown is too big?

A. A 7 1/2 crown can be reduced to 7 or 6 1/2 by doing the following:

At any Walmart or Home Depot ( United States or whereever these stores are at ), or a hardware store, look for
"window weather strips". This is a roll of foam that has adhesive on one side.

Purchase enough to line the interior of the crown, so the strip sticks to the inner side of the headpiece and the
nonstick is then touching your head. Not only will this reduce the size but it will make wearing the crown more
comfortable.

Another option is to purchase some velvet or felt strip lining and following the same format, using a glue that will
not damage the crown. We suggest Michael's or a similar 'arts & crafts' store for both items.

pending purchase or product inquiry.

It is our foremost policy not to sell or forward data from our client base to third parties or other entities for the
